CESAP is one of the companies which compose the Italian Competence Center for Polymers, together with IIP (that is one of the CESAP main shareholders) and CERISIE. Its specific business in this network is on training and consulting about materials, transformation processes, Operations Management with specific focus on the plastics industry. The innovative CESAP approach on the activities in the Operational Excellence area is called Digital DMAIC™, joining the Lean Six Sigma tools with the new technologies that enable a quick and effective data collection and processing. Our Plastics Smart Hub 4.0 replicates all the main transformation processes of the plastics industry with the latest technologies on machinery and equipment, in order to allow a realistic implementation of the Digital DMAIC™ methodology. In the Operational Excellence catalogue the most important training paths are the Lean Six Sigma certification programs (Yellow/Green/Black Belt).
