The City of Houston’s Performance Improvement Team seeks to create a culture of continuous improvement throughout the City of Houston by providing support, Lean Six Sigma education and meaningful performance metrics which can be used to enhance performance, target opportunities for improvement and create systemic changes in every City Department.
