We are ADNOC’s gas processing arm and operate one of the world’s largest gas processing plants. We continuously invest in innovation, and are committed to deploying sustainable methods and latest technologies that help us achieve higher productivity and safer operations. We have embarked on a journey of ’continuous improvement’ to become more efficient and develop our capabilities across the business to pave the way for a lean cultural transformation. We facilitate this vision through establishing an internationally accredited institute that will work towards being recognized as the Centre of Excellence in the UAE for continuous improvement transformation. The Lean Excellence Academy, at Area 71 Excellence Hub in Abu Dhabi, will support, coach, and guide ADNOC Group Companies and potentially other government and private companies within the UAE towards Lean transformation by providing required training with recognized certification and consulting on improvement projects. Moreover, we will continue to build the internal Lean six-sigma capabilities of our organization and apply them in daily work to make ADNOC Fit for the Future.
