IVEPE Companies Association is a non-profit Centre for Vocational Training that was founded in 1980 by a group of Greek industrial companies and is the official training center of Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV). Our facilities, covering a total surface of more than 2.500 sq.m. including training rooms and laboratories with modern equipment. To maintain training at a high level, the quality of courses at the IVEPE Center for Vocational Training is being constantly upgraded. The provision of quality training, to keep pace with technological advances, is based on the transfer and development of know-how through ongoing contact and collaborations on national and international level. IVEPE is certified as a training and examination center by the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing and works with internationally recognized educational organizations such as the Center for Professional Advancement in the United States, the Institute of Operations Management in Great Britain, the Carmagen Engineering Inc, the TWI and Argyl-Ruane. Since 1980 more than 15,000 persons from more than 400 companies have been trained at IVEPE for a total of more than 400,000 teaching hours. IVEPE also participates in pilot research projects on behalf of the Social Fund of the European Union.
